He’s such an inspiration.
Rich was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 42 years ago before he was 2-years-old. On top of his diabetes, Rich is also a cardiac arrest survivor and a BEAST when it comes to workouts. He works out about 4 to 6 times per week. When we asked him what he uses as motivation to get up and get active, Rich said, “I workout so I never die again. That sucked!”
